StateView Recognized at 2021 Annual BILD Awards

At the Building Industry and Land Development Association’s (BILD) 2021 Awards celebration held on Oct. 7, StateView Homes was honoured to win two distinctions: Project of the Year–Low-Rise and Best Brochure–Low-Rise, both for The Enclave in Kleinburg. This private gated collection of just 21 homes is situated steps to historic Kleinburg Village.

A BILD pinnacle award, Project of the Year–Low-Rise recognizes the GTA project that best combines quality, innovation and excellence in design and marketing. Judges looked at how the community makes the most of its surroundings and the strength of its marketing and sales results.

Best Brochure – Low-Rise recognizes the best sales brochure for a new development of this type. Judges considered the brochure’s creativity, layout and design, content and effectiveness. As The Enclave is sold out, the brochure obviously had a positive effect. Earlier this year, StateView won Best Brochure – Community for The Enclave at The Nationals.

“These BILD awards are especially gratifying for us at StateView, since the Greater Toronto Area is one of the most dynamic and competitive for the new home industry,” said Julian Uccello, V.P. of Sales & Marketing at Stateview Homes. “There were 1,000 entries this year, with excellent projects nominated in all of the categories.” 

Each year, the BILD Awards recognize excellence in the design, construction, marketing and sales of new homes in the GTA. A group consisting of 52 expert judges from across North America and Europe determined the winners. StateView’s iCare program (performing with integrity, commitment, accountability, responsibility and experience); Comfort+ smart home automation system; and Harmony Package that saves water and energy are all important in the success of the company’s communities.
