StateView Homes Receives 5 BILD Award Nominations!

StateView is once again honoured to be recognized by the Building Industry & Land Development (BILD) Association at their annual BILD Awards.

Established in the 80’s, the BILD Awards recognize excellence and innovation in the design, construction, sales and marketing of new homes in the GTA.

This year, StateView was recognized for several Architectural & Design Awards.

For Best Semi/ Townhome Design, StateView was nominated for The Livingston at BEA Towns in Barrie. This award recognizes the best architectural design for a semi-detached house or townhome in a new development of at least 6 units.

The nominees are selected based on how the home demonstrates excellence in functionality and use of space, how it is unique and relevant to its target market and how it provides value to the homebuyer.

Next, StateView was recognized twice in the Best Innovative House Design category for the Livingston model at BEA Towns in Barrie and the Watermark design at On The Mark Phase 2 in Markham.

This award recognizes excellence and innovation in the design of a detached, semi-detached or townhouse that helps provide/increase home choices for entry-level consumers and/or features creative use of space.

The nominees are selected based on how the home is unique and innovation, how it addresses a unique demographic need in the marketplace, how it demonstrates excellence in functionality and use of space, and how it provides value to the homebuyer.

In addition, for the second year in a row, StateView was also nominated for the prestigious Project of the Year, Low-rise and People’s Choice Pinnacle Awards for our BEA Towns project in Barrie.

Project of the Year – Low-rise recognizes the new low-rise project that best combines excellence in design and marketing and that best exemplifies quality and innovations.

The nominees are judged based on how the project exemplifies excellence in quality and innovations, highlights the strengths of the project’s marketing and how it is relevant to the target market. It is also judged on the project’s response and results including total units sold and the sales period.

BEA Towns sold out all 218 townhome units within a few short weeks.

The People’s Choice Award nominees are based on the finalists for Project of the Year categories and are voted on by the general public.

The winners will be announced at the BILD Awards Gala on June 22, 2022.
