StateView Wins at the CHBA National Awards for Excellence

Yesterday, StateView Homes was honoured to be awarded the CHBA National Award of Excellence for the Best Brochure/Kit from across Canada.

Homeowners received personalized brochure copies signed by StateView Homes’ Presidents

This linen bound hard cover book embodied the bespoke detached homes designed for the Enclave in highly sought after Kleinburg, ON.

Vibrant splash pages told the story of a community surrounded by greenspace and trails

It features an elegant floral motif throughout the book, along with lifestyle and neighbourhood imagery to share the history and growth the community has had overtime.

Double page images of home interiors brought the project to life

Large double page spreads showcased the detailed interior renderings and elevated features and finishes included as standard in the homes.

One of the first projects to launch after the initial shut down due to COVID in March of 2020, the project quickly shifted to a digital brochure and private appointments to keep the relaunch on track. You can see the digital brochure here.

The CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence competition celebrates the best in Canadian new homes, renovations, community development, and residential marketing. The 2022 award season received a record 800 entries from across Canada.
