StateView Wins Silver X 2 at The Nationals!
Winning recognition for our work is very nice. Winning recognition throughout North America is unbelievable! On December 7th, StateView Homes was awarded with two prestigious Silver wins in The Nationals, a new home sales and marketing awards competition in the USA that allows entries from Canada. The Nationals is the largest of its kind and a win from here is truly a feather in our cap. Two wins is over the top!
StateView’s Main & Co. in Stouffville won silver for Best Logo design and The Enclave in Kleinburg Village won for Best Community Brochure.
We are delighted to share these honours with our marketing and design team at 52 Pick-up Inc., creators of the Main & Co. logo and The Enclave brochure.
The Nationals salutes and honours the best in the building industry for their determination, integrity, creativity and endurance.
Silver Award Winners are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for the Gold Award. Gold Awards in each category will be presented in February 2021 in a Virtual Awards Ceremony.

Started in 1982 as the Institute of Residential Marketing, The Nationals award program continues to recognize superior new home sales and marketing achievements.
With 61 categories across various disciplines of the new home industry, the awards honour excellence in product and community design, advertising, marketing and sales achievements by individuals and sales teams.
During a four-day judging process, a panel of 9 industry professionals from across the country determined the Silver and Gold award winners from a field of over 900 entries.
StateView is honoured to receive these Silver Awards in the company of other notable builders. We appreciate the recognition that our work and theirs has received on an international level and look forward to the final judging for Gold.
