‘The Enclave’ Named 2021 Low-Rise Project of the Year!

At a gala awards ceremony on Thursday, October 8th, projects from all over the GTA vied for the prized distinction of BILD’S Project of the Year. The winner? StateView’s The Enclave in Kleinburg! The Enclave also won for Best Brochure Low-Rise, with credit due to our ad agency 52 Pick-up.

StateView is extremely honoured to win the prestigious Project of the Year award. This award recognizes excellence in both design and marketing that best exemplifies quality and innovation.

The BILD Awards are an annual event where submissions are entered from communities including Toronto, the surrounding GTA and beyond. Competition is tough. There are dozens of fine projects competing for accolades.

About The Enclave

The Enclave is a private, gated community of elite homes distinguished by style and charm just steps to the unique shops and restaurants of historic Kleinburg Village. The project is unique because the entire site contains one underground parking garage with individual garage spaces (2 spaces/unit) with the underground garage entrance being behind the new heritage home in order to be hidden from street view. The homes are also attached in sets of blocks at the underground level. The internal units overlook a small parkette area with custom landscaping surrounded by existing mature trees.
